Seven Living Traditions
Senseible preserves the knowledge, philosophy, and practice of seven martial arts traditions — so the next generation can train with depth, not just technique.
Martial arts carry centuries of refined knowledge. We document, archive, and present each tradition so nothing is lost between generations.
Beyond physical forms, martial arts are philosophy. History, culture, ethics, and character — all are part of the complete practitioner's path.
Knowledge without practice is incomplete. We guide practitioners toward living these traditions — in movement, in discipline, in everyday conduct.
Senseible was founded by Arafat Latif — practitioner, researcher, and believer that martial arts are one of humanity's most profound transmissions of wisdom. The name blends "Sensei" (teacher) with "sensible" — because true mastery is not about violence, but about the intelligent cultivation of body, mind, and character.
We believe each of the seven traditions we cover carries something irreplaceable: a particular way of seeing conflict, stillness, movement, and community. When one tradition fades, something rare disappears from the human record.
